Booking Terms (बुकिंग की शर्तें)
Booking Amount: A minimum booking amount of ₹ 5 lac is required to reserve the unit.
Non-Refundable: Booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Documentation: Valid ID proof and PAN card are required at the time of booking.
Unit Allotment: Unit will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Price Lock: Price will be locked only after booking confirmation and signed agreement.
Agreement Timeline: Buyer must sign the sale agreement within 15 days of booking.
Loan Assistance: Loan processing support available with partnered banks.
Change of Unit: Change of unit post booking is subject to availability and discretion of the developer.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will be as per company policy.
Possession Timeline: Estimated possession as per the project schedule.
बुकिंग राशि: ₹ 5 लाख की न्यूनतम बुकिंग राशि यूनिट आरक्षित करने हेतु आवश्यक है।
अवापसी योग्य: बुकिंग राशि बिना लिखित सहमति के वापसी योग्य नहीं है।
दस्तावेज़ीकरण: बुकिंग के समय वैध पहचान पत्र और पैन कार्ड अनिवार्य है।
यूनिट आवंटन: यूनिट पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर आवंटित की जाएगी।
प्राइस लॉक: मूल्य केवल बुकिंग की पुष्टि और एग्रीमेंट के बाद ही लॉक होगा।
एग्रीमेंट समयसीमा: बुकिंग के 15 दिनों के भीतर विक्रय एग्रीमेंट पर हस्ताक्षर आवश्यक है।
लोन सहायता: संबद्ध बैंकों के माध्यम से लोन सहायता उपलब्ध है।
यूनिट परिवर्तन: बुकिंग के बाद यूनिट में परिवर्तन केवल उपलब्धता और डेवलपर की स्वीकृति पर निर्भर करेगा।
रद्दीकरण नीति: किसी भी प्रकार की रद्दीकरण कंपनी की नीति अनुसार की जाएगी।
पजेशन समय: पजेशन प्रोजेक्ट शेड्यूल के अनुसार अनुमानित है।
